This code means there is a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. This can be caused by leaking intake manifold gaskets or a faulty O2 sensor on bank 1. Sometimes a bad mass air flow sensor will also cause this, but it is more likely when there is a problem on both banks if it's a 6 cylinder engine.
