01 Buick LeSabre U1163 Loss of serial data. Can data be restored or does module have to be replaced?

All drivers door switches inop except for seat heat. Can't roll down windows, lock/unlock door, adjust mirrors or open trunk.  All WILL work with scan tool activation.  passenger door lock button works but not window.

Is there anyway to restore serial data or am I looking at a new module?
