Can a pluged cat cause this code?

Hi there,

It is possible you could get this code if the converter is plugged. It's after the catalytic converter so if it's not getting enough exhaust flow over it the code may appear. If you know the converter is plugged, replace it and then clear the codes. If this one comes back, then the sensor is damaged and will need to be replaced.
