P0720 JEEP - P0720 with 42RE-42RH Transmission, What Gives

I have a 1999 jgc laredo. It shows in the book that it should have the 42RE or 42rh transmission. I get a DTC code P0720 which is low output speed sensor. The book shows that only the 45FRE have these input and output speed sensors. Any help would be SUPER Thanks
