2003 Land Rover SE Discovery V8 with engine code P0441

Question

If my gas cap is a possible cause. What specific gas cap can I purchase to either solve or eliminate this cause? Also, where can I purchase the specific gas cap?

This is not a gas cap problem. This code is for the purge control from the canister to the intake manifold. The purge control solenoid could be at fault, or a possible blocked evap line from the canister.
