its is not hard to replace the part if that is what is bad, check to see if the air filter is dirty first if so replace it, and you can also buy a mass air flow sensor cleaner from a auto part store and spray it on the mass air flow sensor. spray the cleaner on the sensor it will look like this. 

 

If the code still comes back the mass air flow sensor might be bad, a rebuild sensor will be about $150 and you can replace it yourself its really easy but brand new sensor from the dealer will be over $300
