2007 Cadillac Escalade code P0011 - No check engine light on, only service Stabil Trak light which comes and goes, vehicle runs great, problem?

This code is for the camshaft position actuator. This should be turning on the check engine light, the the other lights come on because they default to off when there is a problem with the engine.

You need to have the cam actuator checked, also the check engine light itself, there may be some type of issue with the light, but it should be on.
