P0134 NISSAN - replaced o2sensor but still have occaisonal lack of power

Question

The ob2 reader sometimes gives no error code but the car struggles and it feels like it is pulling a heavy trailer then all of a sudden it accelerates normally as if the trailer has unhitched. The sensor will then show no codes but states cat not ready and 02s not ready. Have spent a fortune trying to sort this intermittent issue
