2001 Odyssey, P0740 code. Trans replaced 26,000 miles ago now failed again--help. Fluid appears clear, light pink--no odor. Rides smooth. Occasionally clunk when placed in gear forward and backward. 130,000 miles.

This code is for a torque converter lock up solenoid issue. This could be the result of low or dirty transmission fluid. Sometimes the solenoid itself can cause the issue as well.
