This is a 2005 Honda Element EX 4WD SD A/B Auto Trans. where on the car is Bank 1-Sensor 1 that is sending the PO134 code

Bank 1 sensor 1 on this engine is the first O2 sensor in the exhaust before the catalytic converter. This is usually in the exhaust manifold or just before the converter.
