Bank 1 is the upstream 02 sensor, or Sensor 1,these are the 02 sensor engine management sensor, Sensor 2 is the downstream 02 sensor or what is reffered to as the catalytic monitor sensor. Looking at the top engine at the exhaust manifold you will a 02 sensor , this is sensor 1, the one below it is Sensor 2
