2003 Hyundai Elantra P1140 code.

I get a P1140 code 2003 Hyundai Elantra. Can anyone tell me what could be causing it?

The code is for the rear O2 sensor after the catalytic converter. Other causes can be a leak in the front exhaust pipe.
