p1125 after changing app and throttle body tac sensors

Question

im getting p1125 intermittent voltaget at pedal position sensor circuit. i changed app sensor, and throttle body, sprayed contact cleaner at both ends, and used dielectric grease. it started during cold weather. i dont know what else to look for. pretty much does it everytime i use it
