1999 Isuzu trooper petrol V6 missing on No 2 cylinder,

mis fire on No two cylinder, we have swapped injectors, plugs, coil packs, but still missing on same cylinder, diagnostics said it was Mass air flow so changed Mass air flow, still missing, code no says " Airflow A " but cant find anything on this !!
