2005 Honda Jazz with engine code P0135, what could be the problem?

This code is for the bank 1 O2 sensor 1. This is the first O2 sensor in the exhaust system. Usually mounted in the exhaust manifold. This code is specific to the heater in the sensor. Most of the time the sensor is the problem as the heater element can burn out.
