On my 2003 GMC Yukon with engine code P1518, why the brakes system service come on

On my 2003 GMC Yukon 5.3L with engine code P1518, why the brakes system service come on to on the PCM on every bump, what do I need to do?

The P1518 code may not be related to the brake system. Check for loose connectors or low brake fluid.
