2003 Chevy Silverado 4.8 DTC P1683 set after replacing ECC. What does the code mean?

Question

After replacing ECC and relearning the computer to the vechicle service eng ligh on and code P1683 - Driver 5  Line 3 set. What does this mean.

Reprogram the ECM again w/ the TECH 2

Verify the CORRECT VIN # was entered

If needed manually enter the correct VIN Number.

If same issue, replace the ECM
