P0736, P0732,P1782,P0700: 2000 Dodge Intrepid

all of these codes popped up, where do I begin? It's a 2000 intrepid with a transplanted 3.5. I was told nothing with the transmission needed changed with the 2.7 to 3.5 swap. Any ideas?
