2003 Ford Taurus SES, my car feels like it is not getting any gas to go. it stutters at red lights but drives fine after it's moving.

This can be the result of a faulty mass air flow sensor, a vacuum leak or a problem with the O2 sensors. I would scan the car for codes to begin with. If there aren't any codes, then try unplugging the maf sensor and then start it and drive it. If it's better replace the maf sensor.
