have 03 focus with code po446 replaced the selenoid but code comes back

also replaced the vapor management valve because that was not working but the code keeps setting on the second start up.

Hi there,

The most common problem I see with this code is a broken power wire to the valve. This will prevent it from working and will cause the code to come on. The wiring is very tight and usually breaks near the connector.
