how to clear code p1810,i replaced switch,cleared code with scan tool,but code comes back later ?

P1810 TFP valve position switch circuit malfunction

If the CK ENG LT for P1810 comes back after the 3rd drive cycle, your transmission position switch is out of adjustment. Use a scan tool that would indicate that the vehicle is in Park/ Neutral, then put in drive , the scan tool should indicate D4, if not adjust,
