P2241 and VSC engine error code 04 Lexus RX330. ECU?

Started burning oil 2 weeks ago. Qt per week.  Changed everything this weekend.  Just got VSC error light and Check Engine light.  Code is P2241  Front Air/Fule ratio (A/F) sensor bank 2, sensor 1, IP line low voltage.  Simple sensor or ECU module replacement? Tx
