handheld scanner said iP0500 & P1320.....COULD THESE CODES CAUSE THIS?

car just stopped getting gas while i was driving and slowly lost speed and cut off.... the engine will turn over but not start....could these codes cause this and how do i fix it??

The 1320 code is for the primary ignition. In mose cases this is a failure of the distributor. The 500 will not cause the no start, and may be there simply because the car was moving when it died. I would repair the 1320 code, then clear the codes and see if the 500 comes back. If it does and the speedometer works, then you will need to replace the instrument cluster.
