can u tell me how to fix the problem on the code p0075

i have a Peugeot 2lit 307 if i clear the faults on the computer then the car starts with no problem,if i switch the car of and whait a while it recals the faults back and wont start again then i have to clear the faults again before it wil start.The faults that it gives me is P0075 and U0404 and how to fix the problem
