intermitent speed indication fault on my toyota camry 1998

i have a 1998 toyota camry with intermitent indication problems. most of the times in the morning when the car is cold the indication of kilometers shows blank. if I run the car with that condition it doesnt show the speed and when the engine made the first change, shows the ligt electrical problem in the motor and the over range indicator start flicking slowly. Other times when the car gets hot the indication of kilometers shows the right information in the display, if after that I run the car everithing work properly. Other times when everything looks like working properly, the car loos the speed information and the ligts for electrical problem in the motor lit and over range indicator flicks slowly

You should get the code stored in the Engine Control Module (ECM). Even if the light is not ON, there should be a code stored. The code should be able to help you diagnose the problem.
