2006 GMC K2500HD 6.6L Duramax with engine code P0677

Question

i have been able to clear the code and get SES light off. Is there any problem with me driving the truck? Also, is this an expensive difficult repair?

This code is for a faulty glow plug on cylinder #7. You can drive the truck as long as it will start. This could cause a misfire on starting. Here is some more info on the code for you
