On my 1998 Ford Econ Van 4.2L, where is it located? Intake Manifold Runner Control

The runner itself is located between the intake manifold and cylinder head. The valve is mounted to the back of the intake and the sensor is also there as well. You could have a problem with the sensor or the circuit, but sometimes the runner itself will get stuck and need to be replaced.
