P0740 HONDA -

Question

yesterday my check engine light and tcm light came on on my 2003 honda accord v6. Went and got a free code diagnostic. The only symptom i see is when i put in reverse and than to drive it gives a kick. Do I need to worry about my transmission going out. Or is this something that can be repaired with not much cost.
