P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2) What is causing this?

I am getting frustrated as to what parts I should purchase to repair this problem. Should I start with the O2 sensors or is it one of the 2 catalytic converters on my drivers side? I have 4 converters total (2 on each side) and I have finally figured out that bank 2 is my drivers side (Im 80% sure). Please help!!

You probably have to replace the front catalytic converter.
