I have a P2A00code on my 2007 Dodge RAM 6.7L. I need to go on a trip. Will the code cause any issues other than the engine light on? Also, If I change the sensor should this take care of the fault?

You should be OK driving your vehicle with the P2A00 code. Usually, the problem is just a bad O2 sensor, which will not cause any driveability or engine performance problems.
