2001 Hyundai Elantra 2.0L I replaced an O2 Sensor 2 months ago, but I am still getting an O2 Sensor code, what could have caused this?

You could have a bad sensor. It's not uncommon to have a bad sensor or if you drop the sensor during the installation, it can easily get damaged.
