Question

I HAVE a subaru legacy 1996, it was running really god, but the ingene cut-off, I went to themechanic an he said that there is not corrent, he plug the computer in my car and it said camshat, i repleased an still dont start...now said camshaft po348 bank 1....what that mince?????
