2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 with code p0462, what the code means? fuel low-level sensor circuit low input I don't understand

This means the fuel level sender isn't working. It's not sending signal to the fuel gage. This can cause an issue with the accuracy of the fuel gage. This problem can be caused by the sending unit itself, but also can be a problem with the gas gage. These need to be tested to determine which is the problem
