this code means there is a lack of switching on the O2 sensor on bank 2. There is a lean condition on that side of the engine. This can be the result of leaking intake manifold gaskets, a bad fuel injector or the O2 sensor itself. Sometimes a bad mass air flow sensor will aslo cause this code. Start by checking for vacuum leaks on bank 2
