This may be caused by an On-board Diagnostics (OBD) calibration error. There is a factory service bulletin for these codes. You must have the dealer reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) for you. Other common causes that can set the codes are bad fuel, faulty spark plugs, faulty ignition coils, and faulty fuel injectors. More tests need to be performed to determine exactly what the problem is.

Changed plugs and added more fuel. One spark plug on cylinder #2 was broken. Seemed like it ran better for a moment. Can you guide me in which test I can perform next to trouble shoot these problems?  Thanks
