Van was vandalized crossed battery terminals and now won't start

My van was vandalized and I also found a few wires that had been bared and clips undun. I've found most but still can't get to charge up the battery

Does the engine crank? if the engine is cranking then you must have a blown fuse. I recommend starting by checking all the fuses. A blown fuse can also give you problems with the battery and charging system.
