2012 Mazda 3i Sport 2.0 It's a disaster, can anyone help me

I have a 2012 Mazda 3i sport the 2.0 automatic transmission. The TCM plug was cut off the wires and I need to figure out how to put these back together but there are four yellow wires three orange four black and so forth all the same and I have no clue which wire gets attached to the other. PLEASE HELP ME.

I'm unable to post all the wire diagrams for the TCM here (too many and too large images), but unfortunately, not all the yellow or orange wires go to the same place. The blacks are all ground, but for the other wires, you must follow each wire to the component to know exactly to what pin of the TCM connects. My only recommendation is to get the entire harness that connects to the TCM.
