all codes in info display start with c....assumed this stood for code and not chassis? showing c121,c101,c131,c151,c140,c264

The "C" should stand for Chasis e.g. C0121, C0131, etc. But there is no information in the 2015 Ford Focus service manual of the codes you listed. Either double-check the codes numbers or check with another OBDII scanner.
