Code p0420 is it my o2 sensors

It said rich to lean sensor switch failed
Friend rodded out my cat cause it kept throwing this code all the time.

Unfortunately, the problem is more than likely the Catalytic Converter. If the problem was the O2 sensor, then you will get a code for a faulty O2 sensor.
