This code means A/F sensor bank 2 short circuit. The A/F sensor is the first O2 sensor before the catalytic converter. This code means there is an issue with the sensor or the wiring to that sensor. Bank 2 is the front of the engine closest to the radiator. Most of the time replacing the sensor will resolve the problem.
