I think my transmission pressure sensor is faulty how do i change it.

I'm getting a P1745 code on my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country Touring. It driving in shifts perfectly fine. I just drove it 600mi no problems I want to try changing the transmission pressure sensor to see if that clears the code. I can't find the location for the sensor to replace it. Can you help me with that thanks.

The Transmission Pressure Sensor is attached to the Transmission Valve Body, which is inside the transmission. Here is the image of the valve body, the red arrow points to the Transmission Pressure Sensor
