This code indicates there is an evap leak in the emissions system of the car. This could be as simple as the gas cap or some other issue with the vent control valve or the purge control solenoid. Usually the first step is to try a new gas cap, if that doesn't solve the problem then normally a smoke test to locate the leak would be the next step.
