I have a misfire codes p0300 p0305 p0302. done changed all coils and wires and plugs and injectors too. And moved coils too. Could it be in my timing belt? That's one thing I haven't checked yet. But I put a new timing belt on about 28.000 miles ago

Have your 4Runner had any other mechanical problems lately, like engine overheating?

Since you have already replaced most of the electrical components, your next step is to perform a compression test. That can give you a better idea of what the problem is.

It never over heated  it just started when I changed that spark plugs. I thank it in the wiring to the coils . I got a back fire out of the throttle body so it could be in the time or a wire to the coil.
