My 2004 Nissan Quest has this engine knocking noice (sound like popcorn). When I start the car, it will die off immediate unless I press and hold acceleration.

Using my scanner I receive P0300 code - random misfire. However, I have changed all the spark plugs, coils, camshaft position sensors, and solenoid, but the issue persist.

The car currently is in a undrivable state. Does anyone encounter the same issue and has a solution for it? Much appreciate for all the help!

Here is a video of the sound

It sounds like a mechanical problem, and you should not replace any other sensor or solenoids. It sounds like a terrible exhaust leak. It could be that the EGR tube or valve is loose or broken

Should there be any code if the issue is coming from EGR? The current code I’m getting is P0300

Not necessarily. Some mechanical problems will not set a code. For example, if the EGR tube is disconnected, it will not set any codes. The P0300 code is the result of the problem and not the cause of the problem. The P0300 means that more than one cylinder is misfiring, but there are many things that could set that code.
