Throttle does not accelerate well. There is break in power

Question

When I start the car. It starts with normal slow work. After few minutes, it raises itself and when I press on accelerator. It doesn't press. I have off the engine for some minutes, if I start it again it will start normal. After a while, the problem started again.
My car is Mazda 3, 2006 make, 16 valves

I haven't had that problem before, but I checked a national database of repairs for your model and year, there are two repairs with the same symptoms and code. On one vehicle, the ECM was reprogrammed to fix the problem, and on the other vehicle, the battery was the problem. That's all I got; I hope that helps.

According to the factory service manual, the code is related to the ECM.
