2006 Nissan Xterra X 4.0L. I scanned my vehicle for error when the service engine light popped up. The DTC code read fault:01 and pend:01. Please what does it mean?

DTC code read fault:01 and pend:01

Fault:01 and Pend:01 are not the codes, those numbers mean that there is a problem, but you need a code. You need to use an OBDII scanner and get a code that looks like P0118

I used an OBDII scanner. I was getting P0430 code and 01/02, 02/02 but after I fixed my exhaust, I started getting service engine with Fault:01 and Pend:01.  What can be the problem?
