2008 Mazda3 S 2.3L manual sedan code P2128

Question

Ok so I’m having this problem with my car I go to press the gas pedal and the car barley moves and there a surge/burst on the RPMs when I press to much I have to barley press on the pedal. Some symptoms so far are

                   •High rpms/high revs 
                   •when I down shift it dosnt decelerate and rpms are at 0
                   •the car idle is lower at 738rpms instead of the usually 950-1000
                   •When I’m driving at I left the rpms sir high before I pick up speed if I let it go to long I’m hear trying to gain momentum while the rpms are at 4-5k I smell something like burning oil or fluid 
                   •the cars idle is much louder sounding And rough

the code is P2128 I also wrote down the freeze frame info just in case I cleared the code and I’m waiting to make sure that’s the right code at fault I’m really worried it’s a transmission problem but am also thinking the problem could lay with the throttle body or transmision sensors.

PS. Also one more thing I did bang my car a little rough over a speed bump that’s why I’m worried about the tranny.
