2007 pathfinder U1000

Question

u 1000 code .20 mph slip out of gear.... 50 slip out of gear.....cold start clicks like weak conection . loosten and retightened grounds by batt and engine any other transmission ground that may fix this slipping out of gear ?

Cleaning and ritighten the ground could fix the U1000 code, but the transmission slipping out of gear is more than likely other problem that is not related to the U1000 code.
