How long after a repair before an emission test can be valid, 2001 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L, specifically

I have a 2005 Rodeo. After engine was repaired, I tried to have a safety check.  The computer states it is in reset mode for evaporative system and for cat converter. How long do i drive before i can pass the safety check?  Oops, this is MY question...

Until the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) performs a test on the component that was repaired or replaced. The test time and length depend on the component.
