2000 Chevrolet Silverado 2 WD 4.8L code P1630 what do I have to program to start my truck?

This isn't a programming issue, but the code is for incorrect voltage. This could be voltage below 9 volts or over 17 volts for more then 10 seconds. if it's under 9 volts then the battery is weak and the truck won't start.
